Suarez' culture, Moshiri's culture isn't voodoo, he wasn't misunderstood.

A lot of African societies believe in voodoo and are very religious people. Don't see what he said wrong, tbh.

Lukaku is a practising catholic. His family ties are to Central Africa (Congo), whereas Voodoo (in Africa) is mainly associated with Western Africa. Although it's origins are in Africa, it is just as likely to be associated with South America, parts of the Caribbean and even a Southern US state.

I remember an interview with Rom saying him and his family are catholic and he reads the bible every night for inspiration.

Parents of children living with albinism are concerned about the insecurity of their kids South of Kivu in the DR Congo.

In Africa albinos body parts are allegedly used for black magic.

That is such bizarre thing to say it simply must have happened.

Indeed.

It was like the first time Jim White was quoting him about pulling out the Barcode player deal because he could not bear to lose a "member of the family" (Jimmy Mac) to make way for the former on transfer deadline day 2016.

We all scoffed and said it was utter nonsense that our inscrutable Persian would talk to a comic cuts sports reporter.

But divil the bit.....that type of lunacy has become the new normal.

Are people really slating Moshiri for this?

Our fanbase are becoming right internet nerds get a grip ffs. He's repeating what Lukaku told him during a meeting he's hardly going to make it up knowing full well the media will be all over it.
