Farhad Moshiri (49.9%) Bill Kenwright (12.2%) Jon Woods (8.9%) Other Shareholders (29.0%)

Cheers for that.
I wonder what the EGM threshold is. 75%?
Moshiri probably thinks he's done well clearing our debt, trying to move the stadium forward and investing in the team....
I'll have to do a bit more reading, and less mouthing off. I'm way out of step.

iirc there is a pre agreed price for Bills and Woods shares that Moshiri can trigger, bringing him up to 71%. The other shares will be bought as well, at the same price.

My guess is the trigger will be stadium delivery, or an old mate selling some down in London.

I think Kenwright IS overseeing quite a lot of this catastrophe...which is part of the problem Moshiri needs to address.
This is Moshiri's show now. The buck stops with him. He's overseen a crash here and he takes full responsibility.

A very dodgy character imo.

I'm astounded by how many are still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt given all the evidence that points towards his incompetency. I put that down to the partly successful untruth peddled by some that "Moshiri has put money into the club". He hasn't.

No doubt the buck stops with him, but Moshiri has by reason of his involvment in the stadium and his 'day job' left Kenwright to pull some of the strings.
For instance, it wasn't Moshiri that Barkley went crying to, but Kenwright. The Rooney thing has Kenwrights finger prints on it, there maybe other prints but his are there.
Moshiri said at day one, Kenwright is his go to man for All football matters.
Moshiri is guity of sins of omission Re Kenwright.

You have to give Kenwright credit...he got somebody to pay him 25M to keep his title and still play with the train set.

Why is he? I'm curious to know why you keep saying this.

If Kenwright is doing what you suggest then Moshiri keeping him there is down to him too.

Kenwright isn't the problem, Moshiri is.
