Imagine Bill Kenwright was in charge overseeing this catastrophe.

Moshiri gets a pass though for dragging the club into the gutter with his actions and comments, diminishing our team's status in the game, recycling player cash and relying on tv cash to keep the plate spinning and, last but not least, is preparing to foist a debt of planet-sized proportions on Everton which would have had Hicks and Gillett blushing with shame.

A carpet bagger. Pure and simple.
In his defense, he has put a considerable amount of money in the club. Assuming he moves out the current management team in the summer and gets the stadium on its way, think he'd be doing his job just fine.

If Kenwright is doing what you suggest then Moshiri keeping him there is down to him too.

Kenwright isn't the problem, Moshiri is.
I think we're in a slightly semantic circlular argument here
Kenwright HAS been gash in the past and may be gash to a lesser degree now.
Moshiri is his nominal Boss.
...but I keep going back in my mind to the 49.9% - Why?

He's done nothing of the sort. He's bought shares and he's bought debt. On each of those he will gain.

He's overseen a squad refurbishment (if that's the right name for the havoc that's gone on in transfer dealings since he turned up) that's relied on player sales plus using a £50M p.a. hike in tv cash received.

His biggest con trick is yet to come if he has his way: foisting £600M circa debt onto Everton to pay in full while he sees the value of his shares rise on the back of it.

Wake up people. This feller will destroy us.

This is Moshiri's show now. The buck stops with him. He's overseen a crash here and he takes full responsibility.

A very dodgy character imo.

I'm astounded by how many are still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt given all the evidence that points towards his incompetency. I put that down to the partly successful untruth peddled by some that "Moshiri has put money into the club". He hasn't.

Why do you keep peddling this ridiculous line of “Moshiri hasn’t put any money into Everton”. If for some unfathomable reason Mr Moshiri allowed us all to look at his bank accounts it would show transfers of multiple millions of pounds to either Everton football club in the form of interest free loans or Everton share holders to buy shares in Everton football club. However you want to try and spin it his bank balance is significantly lower than it was before he got involved in Everton. Why, because he’s put some of his money into Everton.

First of all Dave, BK would not have been in charge, he had no money so there would have no ground improvements, no debt clearance, very limited transfer budget., Probaly RM would still have been in charge so you saying that is pure nonsense.

Now Dave as for the carpetbagger bit, what would you have done in his stead?

I'm complaining about the state of our squad for sure. We're clinging on to 9th place by our finger nails and look like the classic 'too good to down' team that drops into the mire.

About the state of our squad, are you referring to the players signed and the players sold? Any in particular? If it is players signed that is down to the manager for the most part RK not Mosh, he acts on the advice of the football experts and signs the cheques or BK does that role!

If that is right Dave, is he any different from Abramovic, Levy, Glazers, for example?

As said: he's put no money into the club. He'll be remunerated fully for what he's paid for in terms of shares and debt/loans, and this is his passport to building a stadium that the club will have to pay for 100% at a cost disproportionate to where we are as a club.

Those intimating that we're seeing a benefactor at play here are peddling a dangerous untruth.
