Going for Silva is a major concern for us. Im starting to think Moshiri hasnt got a clue about running a football club, he might have about business and making money, which is why i am confident the stadium will come off, but when it comes to the field of play he must be thick

This is why the Director of Football hire to replace Walsh is the key. All Mosh needs to do is have a strong idea of what he wants the team to look like and hire the right guy. If he's been relying on Kenwright to be his "football guy", hopefully he's seen how that was a grave mistake. I know he meddled in hiring Silva, but he's had plenty of time to survey the club and understand what is working and what is not. Hire the right guy as D of F and let him run the footballing aspect of the club. DEFINITELY don't hire a manager before that D of F is in place.
