His arrival here coincides with the disintegration of the club.

Imagine if there wasn't some stadium scam (sorry scheme) on the go? There'd be a riot.

Evertonians are usually quite savvy. But this feller for some reason has a fair proportion of supporters still backing him, despite destroying us as a football club with any semblance of identity or attractive play.
The disintegration had already set in, actually. We finished 11th the season before he came and were 13th when he joined.

If you're going to slag him off, at least keep to the facts.

The club wasn't broken as it is now. We had an identity and a team that had been to cup SFs and only missed out in them because we ran into the eventual winners who had billions spent on them. And when the season was over many were convinced we just had to get the right manager to make top four.

You think that in any way resembles the place we are now?

If you do you're the one who needs to reacquaint yourself with the facts.

Moshiri is to blame for carelessly handing over the chequebook to the likes of Steve Walsh, and letting someone like Ronald Koeman - who has no experience of building a team from scratch buy almost our whole squad over 2 windows.

Our money will dry up which is why some fans appreciate bargains, and then there are others who say ‘oh why do you care we are rich’ or ‘don’t worry it’s not your money’ - this club is going downhill fast.

If the whole setup isn’t changed starting from Walsh the Allardyce (and his gerbils) then I can’t see anything changing anytime soon.

The year before we went out of the cups at the first time of asking. The rot had truly set in and you know that.

Our 'identity' was being the team everyone wanted to play because they knew they would get goals against us.

Nice try at spinning, though.

Last English team in Europe. Yeah, utterly rotten.

We all know the last two league campaigns of RM's time here were not acceptable, but to compare that with this omni-shambles is absurd.

This implosion of Everton FC has taken place under the cack-handed guidance of one man: the gormless Moshiri.

Change wont happen until he exercises his share option. Too many cooks in the kitchen and it filters down the club

Who owns the club >>> who signs the players >>> no great expectation on the manager >>> the players uninspired by a gash manager.

Priority in the summer has to be the removal of Steve Walsh and Sam Alladyce.

Will be astonished if either is involved in anything soon.

In your opinion mate can you see Moshiri sorting the club out or do you think he's here for the stadium only? Seeing Villa, Sunderland, QPRs owners all come in with good intentions to then lose a ton of cash on bad transfers/managerial appointments and then give up scares me.

lol We got absolute mullered in Europe. The only reason we were the last English team in Europe is because of scheduling of games. You’re using a last 16 appearance as something to praise. Unbelievable.

No, as I have said, the rot had set in BEFORE Moshiri. How can you seriously question this? We finished 11th and then we were nailed on already for a lower half finish when he bought shares late in the season.

Please stop trying to create your own little narrative to fit in with your warped idea that Martinez is some sort of genius.

Not gonna lie mate, the spectre of some takeovers that went very bad does worry me at times.

That said, I reckon he is here for the long term. He has screwed up in the last year or 2, but I reckon we will be sound. More than sound actually.

The rot had set in before Moshiri arrived? - we achieved top 6 in 5 of the previous 10 seasons before he tipped up. The season he took over the call was that we were going to be top four - THAT's how much the rot had set in.

Here's the facts: we are now a laughing stock of English top flight football - the pundits are embarrassed for us and most neutrals would rather be tortured than watch one of our matches. Relegation is still a threat to us. That's a result of his hiring and firing and his weak governance of Everton.
