Yes it does, but i think that has a lot to do with the fact that Kenwright is still within the club and given how many failed stadium moves he was involved with im surprised he is still being included with BMD, we just don't seem to be able to get shut of the man.

But what efforts are there if any by Moshiri to oust Kenwright ? I wouldn't know I suppose but from the surface everybody seems quite hunky dory with how things are going.

Nah leave the worrying and the doomsday attitude to those bellwhiffs on RAWK
The cult are petrified we will build a stadium on the banks of the royal blue Mersey
Moshiri and his pals have got this
We will end up in a proper stadium, not in our rivals first home which is no longer fit for purpose in a self made ghetto
It’s like a pimple on the bum of Merseyside
We built the first purpose built football stadium and now we will build the most iconic stadium in the country
Moshiri knows what he’s doing
Tbh, I doubt they really care whilst they’re sitting on the top of the league, having gone unbeaten this far throughout the season.

This is part of our problem. Less talk, more action. Then we can start to say who is and isn’t worried about a stadium scheme that keeps getting pushed back.

I don't think he needs to oust him, he has no power anymore and I doubt any big decisions go through him even if it seems that way, hes probably just like that arl drunk who is always in the boozer who everyone knows and after he is finished with his racist and xenophobic rants everyone just goes "have a good one mate" and leaves

Surely the Chairman has still got a huge say over decision making ? Whether or not his shares are higher or lower he still sits unfortunately as Chairman of the club.

Not really mate. Its largely a ceremonial position. Technically, if the board had a vote on something, he has the deciding vote if needs be, but I couldnt envisage a situation where he over rides what Moshiri decides to do.

It's just down to buying up the remaining shares. Nobody seems to know exactly what he does anymore, which is why i find it slightly odd he is still there. If he is not involved with the decision making process, then is he just trying to hold on to those last few shares aslong as possible? or is he waiting to get his name on one of the new stands at BMD or something like that. It would be interesting to know what he actually does these days.

One thing is for sure at 70 odd years of age he won't be hanging around out the good of his will, it will probably be for the good of his will. But yes very interesting that Moshiri is quite comfy with Kenwright still at the helm.

It is going to take the best part of 3 seasons to sort out the utter mess of the squad made by the previous regime. And people are crying over being 7th.

We've still got 3 years of £100k a week for Bolasie, Sandro, Schneiderlin to see through.

All we can hope for now is enjoyable football and staying upper mid table.

If Brands/Silva continue to replace dross with quality we'll improve.

Kenwright isn't at the helm, though. Moshiri already owns a hefty majority of the shares, reducing the luvvie to ceremonial status at best. I do agree with the general gist of your post, however, and await the day history's greatest Evertonian no longer has his grubby mitts on anything the club does.

maybe when we hired the PE teacher and the likes, but I feel like the weight his opinion holds will be dwindling haha

Not any more
Brands has total control of the footballing side
The Russian lad has control of the finances
DBB is the public face of the club
Moshiri has the final say
Kenwright is the piss stained drunk batchelor geriatric uncle who sits in the corner at family parties
