Everton still seems very Kenwright esk. Not as much as we would like or have been told has changed since Moshiri.
It’s all changed lad don’t you worry
Moshiri and Usmanov didn’t become billionaires by suffering fools gladly
Why do you think Moshiri bough Kenwright our early
Nothing will be the same again and the redshirt are very worried

And how do you know that
That’s not how buisness works
Moshiri decides what has to be done and tells the others to do it
Kenwright has no say despite his shareholding
It’s why Moshiri and Usmanov left Arsenal and rocked up here

But Kenwright is not just a shareholder though is he ? He's still in the top seat. I couldn't comment about every business of course but wouldn't you have to involve the Chairman ?

I think he went for who was flavour of the month tbh. Walsh was getting spoken about because of the Kante, Mahrez, and Vardy thing (although it was not actually him that scouted them) and Koeman was looking like he was building something decent at Southampton, and at first he did'nt want to leave them if you remember.
Let's be honest he has done the same with silva

The Chairman of a business isnt that important mate, strange as that sounds. The only thing they have as "power" is a deciding vote if the board is split on a decision.

I get what your saying in a general business sense a lot of Chairmen or Ceo's etc may not be involved until the final say depending of course what the say was.

Linking back to Everton and more specifically the stadium, hypothetically speaking, could Kenwright have a final say then ?

Absolutely none whatsoever.
