Yes there is
Gomes needs to be signed permanently, what was brands thinking not putting an option to buy on the loan deal.
If he offered 30m they would of snapped his hand off.

2 strikers are also needed.

Gives them a few months to bed in if bought in Jan.
Gomes will sign for us, plus why do you need another 2 strikers? Salad, the Lesbo and Cliff head are doing ok!

I don't think there is any urgency to spend. It would be good to get a striker in but we need to work with what we've got too. Bernard needs to continue to improve, Lookman too.
We aren't ever going to match the spending of Liverpool or City, and of course we've got a new manager with a totally different way of playing.

Look at Pochettino and what he's done with the likes of Alli, Kane and Trippier. We should want to emulate that rather than make risky January signings.

Unless there's a no brainer, I'd be happy with this squad until the summer.
I think Moshiri has spent more than FSG in the first 3yrs it’s only the last coupe years FSG have started to spend, whith Liverpool being champions league regulars.

I’ve mentioned spurs before, about how a lot of there buys on a lot of young players all came together at once. Ali fir 5mil, know one knew how that was going to turn out, Kane is like Rooney for us, a once in a life time homegrown talent. If you look st the last 2 years spurs have spent about 170mil and not one of those signings is a regular, the like of moura and Sanchez have improved the squad.

Unfortunately fir us we are trying to build our team/squad at the time prices have gone through the roof, even just going back 6/7 years we would be spending probably half what we are now. We will need to keep spending good money every window to push on.

Not any more
Brands has total control of the footballing side
The Russian lad has control of the finances
DBB is the public face of the club
Moshiri has the final say
Kenwright is the piss stained drunk batchelor geriatric uncle who sits in the corner at family parties

that's what I said mate haha

"hes probably just like that arl drunk who is always in the boozer who everyone knows and after he is finished with his racist and xenophobic rants everyone just goes "have a good one mate" and leaves

He has made mistakes, but he has learned from them. The Ronald Koeman/Steve Walsh dream team was a disaster. But credit where credit is due, Moshiri binned the two of them.Early days yet, but things are looking a lot better with Marco Silva and Marcel Brands. We now actually have money to buy players. We have realistic hopes, of a new stadium on the waterfront. All of this is down to Moshiri. So there's no question, despite him making mistakes, that we are better off since Moshiri has come on board.

Kopites coming out the woodwork here

weird one, if we lose to city they'll be peed off at us, will they slander us or laugh at us for losing? They won't have a clue how to react. If we win they wouldn't have a clue either, they'd be weirdly happy that city have lost, but by being the most bitter fanbase in the world they'll find it hard to be happy we won.

Needs to flex the cash the cash in January.

We are 2 points more than 13th place.

Silva so far has the same win % as BFS with 37.5%.

To be 7th place with a 37% win rate shows we are miles away from being in the top 6, Won't be long until United pull away from us as they will spend in january.
I don’t get this obsession with spending money. Bournemouth have spent much less than we have, but look more of a team. That does not mean they necessarily are better at getting results, but they look like a unified bunch of players, whereas we often look like a bunch of individuals.

Why even bother replying to the RS
I’m surprised the mods haven’t banned him
