Until actual physical work starts on a new stadium I will not feel comfortable - at the moment he could pack up and run at the drop of a hat and the more we spiral the more likely scenario it could become.

Teams don't expect a battle when they play us. They see us as a mercenary side for middling top flight players nearing the end of their career who want to top up the pension.
I want to just say sack everyone in my frustration and anger, but it's all probably irrelevant. I'm not sure there's anything that can be done at this point.

this everton experiment has back fired. the stadium is no further ahead than when he arrived and he has spent 100 of millions which has done absolutely nothing on the pitch other than make us worse.
