@Catfish Blues

You dont think scammers prey on the fear and greed of their victims?

Yea, of course they do, but when you're comparing a 3% return to a 7 or 8% return that's nothing to do with scammers, and also has nothing to do with the point I was making.

But scammers offering 15% return in a Brazilian forestry fund, or a Spanish property development succeed because they appeal to the vulnerable, is a slightly different pot of tea.

If it seems too good to be true, then it will be, but what have Brasilian and Spanish scams got to do with comparing the return on a football club to a not dissimilar return from bog standard investments ?

Oh, and Moshiri stuff as well - he says, trying to stray back on topic.

As I said, nothing you are saying is even close to being true.

From Andy Hunter :

Three weeks ago, Silva claimed a sense of crisis was easy to manufacture around Everton given the money spent under Moshiri – around £450m, the fourth-biggest outlay in the Premier League over the past five years. But the crisis is now real and largely of Silva’s making.

But feel free to continue to spread lies.
But Mosh chose him and is keeping him.

Well, the latest scam involved mini bonds offering, iirc about 4% on cash deposits.

But anyrate, you are correct re the 10 year annualised return via a tracker fund. Been a decent run.

And I am not even sure what we are even talking about now!

What's @Joey66 's take on it?

Shows how terrible the financial acumen is on here if you’d be selling your daughters off for single figure returns. I’d have doubled BK’s investment returns in the last 5 years if I’d have had an hour with him back in the day and had this ground built with his interest alone.

Set the bar higher boys
