We are run like a glorified jobs for the boys social club with everyone wanting a turn to choose a manager or player to buy in order to get some reflected glory. Until that changes we are going nowhere that's the conclusion I draw. When Moshiri came in he should have swept away all the old guard and installed a top class ceo, a top class dof and a top class manager. Instead he allowed Bill to linger put some of his own mates in key positions and went after a manager who had proved nothing in Koeman and Silva who had a relegation on his record. He may be a successful business man but he knows very little about football.

Its impossible to think how he could have made more of a dogs dinner out of the club on and off the pitch, his only redeeming feature might be the stadium.

Ive admitted that mistakes have been made, but I still feel we are in the best hands we could be.

I agree. I understand Moshiri is getting alot of hate but he was trying to change the mindset of the club instead of having 7 managers every year. Hes invested in the club, building us a new stadium, not afraid to spend big during transfer window, put Brands in (who I still rate highly). The lad is doing his best and I respect him for it. We can only go up from here

Hes been very foolish, but hes tried to do what he thinks is best.

I get that people are directing anger at him, its totally justified, but hes got us in this mess, give him chance to get us out.
