Moshiri has spent 450 million in everton
Did he now?
Lets see...

Usmanov let him in on Arsenal shares at a cheap rate.
Moshiri later sold them back to Usmanov at a much more expensive rate.
Moshiri uses some of that cash to buy in with his initial 49.50% of shares.
He uses the rest to pay off debt by turning it into an indeffinately postponed interest free loan
He arranged cheaper lines of credit for the Club to spend...for instance the signature on the cheque for say Siggurdsen
wouldn't have said F. Moshiri, it would have said...for and on behalf of Everton Football Club...not that anybody uses cheques now...but you get the point.

If it all went 'pop' tomorrow I would venture that the banks would not come to after Moshiri personally in the first Instance but The Club.
Thats the whole point of the 'Ltd' at the end.

For the time and place Moyes was a miracle worker.

But Moshiri is the majority shareholder and has guaranteed all the loans to the banks and has verbally said that EFC has no financial worries whilst he is in charge. I’m not so sure what you say is correct

I have no clue as to the motivations of Moshri but I'll take him at face value, i.e. wants to be part of a successful football club and is bankrolling the club.

Then lets hope things don't go 'pop' and we don't have to find out.
But in general real world terms, I'm qqnot far off the mark, if it all turns to custard we will find any debt will be Club Debt and not Moshiri debt.

I'm inclined to agree with this. What else would Moshiri say or any other owner?

None will say this if it is the truth.
