Carragher hasn’t a clue - his only aim is to sow discord amongst Evertonians that will eventually lead to our demise. He has 0 interest in Everton being successful so why should we take advice from a guy who actively wants us to fail?

Spot on - he's always tried sticking the boot in even when we are doing well & his commentary towards Liverpool is hilariously bias.

The boo bhoys licking the Kopites boot is shameful to watch.

Im not THAT bothered about accounts etc, even finance tables, income and all that, just interested in the footy.

But, as it does all sound like bad news and yes it is when talking the numbers, BUT aslong as we have Moshiri happy to cover the loses, we seem ok.

Now that sounds a bit mad, as he is making these decisions, but you can't fault his commitment.

Plenty of managers would want this job you only have to look at who our last three have been. The difference is I suppose we don't look attractive to promising managers like Potter, Ten Hag, Amorim etc.

We need a new CEO that's for sure but more importantly we need to boot Moshiri out of the football affairs (if not the club!). I'm hoping and praying this new DOF, who isn't a glamorous name but has a bright track record of developing clubs, will come in and be given complete control.
Is that really true though?

What exactly do we offer a manager other than a nice wage? We have a track record now of sacking at the first sign of trouble. We have a squad that is full of players that are made up of up to 7/8/9 managers in 6 years. We can't offer a huge transfer budget because of all of this and we can't sell to raise money because the players aren't valuable to us.

Simply put we have no stability at the club. We have just proven that we won't even back a manager after spending / selling players on their instruction. I mean whos players were Patterson and the ukranian? Brands (sacked) , benitez (sacked) ancelotti (gone). Would it have not made sense to not spend the money if there was a chance we were sacking benitez a week later?

Never mind the fact we signed benitez 3 players and none of them are in the team only 2 months later. Whether they come good or not in the future, that's over 20 million spent replacing our most creative player sitting on the bench if they are lucky.

Jamie carragher putting the boot in calling us the worst run club in Europe.

A place no manager wants to come to.

He has a point. We did sign 3 players then sack the manager a week later , that is another level of poorly run.

Liverpool got lucky with Klopp, basically after years of stagnation for them and spending an absolute kings ransom. All about choices, our choices of manager and dof's have been poor and we are finally paying for it.

He’s is right to a point, but you can tell he loves telling everyone Everton can’t attract the players Liverpool can, which he’s right at this minute. But look at the dross they wasted millions on in the late 2000’s and early 2010’s. Spent a billion in 13 yrs to win a league cup on pens shock v Cardiff.

You can’t argue with their success now and Klopp is a brilliant manager. But when ever they have a spell of success all their fans, media and ex players talk like they’ve been challenging every year since year dot.

And how he says Everton fans just want the dogs of war. I really hope one day we can build a great team to ram it down their throats. I can remember that team of barmby, speed, Parkinson, grant, Stuart. Playing them off the park at Anfield. Ended in a draw of course. Or battering them in the rain at Goodison with Kanchelskis, only to not take our chances amd fowler scored late on.

Loved how Gary Neville said Klopp has them punching and when he leaves and this group gets to old. They will be back to 4th and 5th because that’s where the finances and spending should have them. As they can’t compete with Utd, city and Chelsea

When did Spurs start playing in their new stadium? It really hasn't launched them to new levels of competitiveness. They've probably spent less since they've been hobbled from the costs of the stadium.
