We were “doing fine” because of Moyes. Kenwright’s one good decision in 23 years was appointing him.

He sold our club to an absolute cowboy because he wanted to stay and play with his train set and swan off into the sunset claiming a new stadium as his legacy. He is disgusting, I hope he gets lynched next time he shows his face at Goodison.

Not so sure about that. It was a top 4 back then, its now a top 6. There is even more money in the game and more clubs have large money than did back then. Kenwright has never had the money to get involved in high level football (on his own) he didn't then and still wouldn't now. He would have had to get investment from somewhere.
