Its a combination but as the dear overlord of all he rules, its on him overall.Thought it was Bill and DBB last week !?!
He needs to deal with the board also.
They are not mutually exclusive.

Nah, the fans had a choice between 2 people, a mostly unknown fella who was trying to promote himself on SSN or Lampard so it was pretty obvious who they were going to get behind. We had no say with any of the managers and a few of them he ignored the fans completely and also left them in place far too long which increased the damage. Doing the same again now except this time blaming the fans for everything. It is absolutely disgraceful.Had a point like, fans pressured the club for lampard.
If Moshiri was to walk away and take his funding we would be royally screwed.
Before Moshiri rocked up, the last time Everton had been in serious danger of relegation was in like 2003. This is now the second year in a row whereby we'll likely be involved in a relegation scrap until the end of the season, and unlike last season we're probably now considered to be one of the favourites to go. That's not to mention that we have also had to fire two different managers (Koeman and Silva) early on in seasons to avoid being dragged into relegation dogfights.
Nobody is saying we as a club are above relegation (even though this club has only spent something like 4 years in its entire history outside of the top flight). It is unarguable that our plight has been accelerated by Moshiri, how you or anyone else can defend him is baffling.
“Some of the decisions that have been taken have been driven by the fans. You have to stay with a manager to get the systems going.”
Spray paint for Lampard hire - Shows how much of a mess the board and Moshiri are that it influenced this decision
Marco Silva is the only manager I can think of that was sacked too hastily.
Not so much toffee tower but Ivory tower, no surprise those close to the money and levers of power it extends are protected somewhat. Everton more or less mirrors my work life in the NHS and more recently Local authority, steady stream of line managers come and go while those in senior roles continue to reduce services then ask for more from you and offer nothing in return. The fans have driven the sackings?
Except any actual protests have always been against the board. Why aren’t they being sacked then?
Im playing devils advocate, and adding that new gorund in the mix, its a massive massive part of our future.....and we need to not cut our nose of spite our face.
Thats all im saying.
Its very early after his interview, so people are very angry.
All im saying is, we need to tread a little carefull while that stadius is sat half built, thats it.
It would be a major improvement at least, but I'm thinking he's left it far too late for that.
Beginning to think he shouldn't have even started building it until the club on the pitch was stable.
Yes, because he's turned us into a dependent. He bought players and gave them contracts that at one point took us to over 90% wages to turnover. He started a stadium project with unsecured funding. He has not put any football or administrative structures in place that would assist the club on or off the field, meaning that our performance and governance have declined to startling levels. If Moshiri was to walk away and take his funding we would be royally screwed.
