Well I think I'm correct in he's played a part in a mess that includes Bil Kenwright as well and as dar as I know, there wasn't 2 Tom Hanks in Castaway.
As much as I can’t stand Kenwright, we didn’t get relegated - or really come especially close - during his ownership.

We’ve been an absolute skip fire almost constantly since Moshiri bought us.

God help us, he’s somehow made Kenwright look like a (comparatively) competent owner. I didn’t actually think that was possible.

Spot on this

From his Jim White phone call to his It's not my decision comment, this last 10 days hasn't looked good for him

I think we will if we lose against West Ham, I think the board will be sounding out replacements.
A functioning football club will have a continually updated list of managers who have been sounded out.

We'll sack Lampard and make an absolute show of ourselves with a convoluted search and eventually settle for 6th or 7th choice.

Good Times.

If Moshiri sacks another manager then I wonder if he's more worried about it showing his incompetence and how cack of an owner he is, so he's trying to pass the buck to someone else to try and save face?
That and probably doesn't want to spend the money paying off Lampard and his staff then spend more money trying to entice someone to this circus

Is it possible that the decision to be able to sack Lampard or not is in the hands of the Premier League, due to our financial situation.

No idea if that's what he meant but possible I guess.

The only other alternative to me that makes sense would be that its a collective decision of the board. But since the board is essentially just there to do his bidding, they'll go with what he wants.
