Meanwhile these shyster politicians are happy to have Usmanovs dough funding BMD which will be part of the Euro 2028 bid 🤦‍♂️

The sanctions aren't meant to impact money that belongs to 3rd parties like Moshiri

The sanctions are designed to stop the flow of economic resource back to Russia and/or to enablers.

Usmanov cannot benefit. So even if he was involved (he's not). He cannot get monies from the UK. Anyone doing so would be committing a criminal offense that could ultimately lead to 7 years in prison.

This is what the sanctions are designed to do. Interrupt and stop the flows of monies/economic resources towards Russia plus related individuals.

Its about flows

Do we know anything about these?

Impressive portfolio of teams

Sevilla, Standard Liege, Hertha BSC, Vasco Da Gama, Genoa, Red Star FC, the entire BBL.

But all these sides (Sevilla excluded) seem like sleeping giants in their leagues, who they’re trying to use to get better? Can they make us better? It can’t get worse mind.

Hertha are currently rock bottom and have done the Watford manager change routine for the last few years.

No idea about anything else, but they seem to actually know more about sports (and sport investment) than Moshiri, so it's already a plus in a way.

Also they seem to invest in teams/organisations that have viable properties as well, much like a full on new stadium might be and all...

A second American firm remains interested in investing in Everton but will likely wait until the outcome of two key matters before deciding whether to progress.

I wonder is one of these two matters relating to a reasonable expectation on their part to remove/replace the current board - and they are not for budging.

It was my polite way of saying a load of crap teams plus Sevilla.

Genoa in the second tier, Liege amongst the mid-high level sides in Belgium, Hertha on cusp of relegation…

But anything is better than this circus we’ve got at the moment. Desperate here.
