Why the late hurried deal....any possibility the US investors deal wasn't so good for the club (leveraged etc), our shareholders (including those who control shareholders) have fallen out, some blocked the US deal and others then took an offer from this new guy ?

So Echo are saying Robert Earl has DEFINITELY been bought out, and that Kenwright and Woods shareholding has been diluted.

So of the 49.9% Moshiri has bought, 23% of it was Earl's.

If the rest of it, the 26.9%, was diluted equally between Kenwright and Woods, then that would be a 13.45% reduction each, and would leave Kenwright on 12% (down from 25%) and Woods on 6% (down from 19%).

So basically the new board make up would be:

Moshiri 49.9%
Kenwright 12%
Woods 6%
Minority shareholders 32.1%

I doubt Woods has reduced his stake holding to less than that of Grantchester personally. It would make more sense if both Bill and Woods retain about 9% each.
