Far too early to say this

Come back in a year's time imo

I just can't see a bloke who owns 49% of a club invest massive money out of his own pocket/take on a new stadium project when he's leaving a lot of matters at the club to other people.

For me this has always been Bills dream, someone daft enough to buy into the club, have the fans onside "we got da billionaire owner lad" whilst he still has the keys to run the asylum.

he has his own man on the board and is already dictating what roles other members are doing.

So i fail to see how he has less control.

Bills in Moshiris pocket, not the other way around.

Strange as Moshiri apparently wanted more influence than what he was getting at Arsenal yet for me it looks like he's going to be a silent partner almost. The way he hasn't become a board member and how Kenwright looks to still be in charge of footballing matters I'm very concerned that bar one or two appointments on the commercial side of things it's going to be more of the same at this football club.
Roman Abramovic isn't on the Chelsea board, it's not uncommon in football. Moshiri isn't going to invest all that money and do nothing, as is shown by how he's got his own man in the board room.

If Bill had little influence anymore he wouldn't have done that interview with Moshiri and gave a ringing endorsement of an underperforming manager, likewise he wouldn't be in charge of transfers which the echo reported yesterday.

Until Bill leaves the club fully I can't see us moving forward, likewise I can't see Moshiri rocking the boat too much in terms of hiring and firing/big decisions in and around the club. Bill had his chance to hand over his trainset fully last month but never and I can't see that changing any time soon.

He was always going to do that interview, even if he had sold all his shares, the fella is a theatre man and has been with everton for over 20 odd years so he's going to be doing that.

What bill says and what moshiri does is two different things.

chelseas owner is also not on the board, he still calls the shots.

If Moshiri wants to eventually increase his shareholding in the club most likely he'll have to convince BK to sell him his stake (and possibly Woods who seems to be close with Kenwright) which for me is why Moshiri will play to the pipers fiddle for a good while yet. You really think he'll sack martinez for example if Bill strongly disproved? No chance, Kenwrights a hard bloke to work with unless you play by his rules, look at Granchester etc.

you have no idea if that deal is already in place to purchase the rest of the shares at the set date, which is what the people who broke the news have widely reported.

Moshiri will take full control when he wants to, he'll buy more shares when he wants to, but let him get his feet under the table.

As for Kenwright, have you worked with him before or are you just assuming.

So what has changed? We still can't keep our best players, many saying we won't have much more to spend?
Things that have changed since Moshiri arrived:

- New board member added as a representative of Mohshiri.
- Plans for improvements to Finch Farm including mini-stadium and sleeping quarters

Things that we don't know because the transfer window isn't open:

- Who will leave
- How much we will have to spend
