I can say quite confidently the stadium will pay for itself. The paltry amount Goodison makes gives BM plenty of scope to not hit its maximum (Which we wouldn't as we wouldn't be in the PL) but still earn enough to cover the repayments on a loan.
how much more could bramley moore realy
make over goodison though ?raised season tickets prices and hoping people spend that day at bmd bars restaurants etc is all i can think of and i think a lot of that appeal will go if where playing in the championship

Yep, hence why our debt was manageable, because we'd done all that.

Not saying that was the right thing to do - just pointing out that Moshiri's starting position at Everton was very, very favourable in comparison to where we are now financially.
sky money was what saved us mate i don’t think there’s much difference off the pitch then to where we are now

Only Everton could wait 20 years for a chairman, who then spends more than all the other chairman in history put together, and the fans still hate him.
Bill must be absolutely made up with Moshiri failing.

Aside from hundreds of millions of debt and a stadium that needs £200m+ to complete it? You think that's not much different?
as in we we nearly went into administration back then like now as in we sold everything to service a debt like we do now if it weren’t for that sky money bump it would have already been over for us

It's not even close in how catastrophic administration would have been then vs now. Then our yearly losses were manageable and our 3rd party debt was relatively small.

Now our yearly losses are most certainly not manageable, our 3rd party debt pile is over £200m and we need a capital injection of £200m (probably even £300m) to finish the stadium we've sunk many hundreds of millions into already.

Mate, with all respect, we alternated between very small profits and small losses of about 9m per year in the years immediately proceeding Moshiri's investment.

In the last 3 years we've lost around £300m. Three hundred million.
