The finances were not good under him and we needed the Rooney sale to keep the Wolves from the door. We went about 5 windows without making a significant transfer.

Everything outsourced, Bellefield sold and we done a PPI scheme for Finch Farm which we still pay a fee each year. Future TV money mortgaged to the hilt.

Yep, hence why our debt was manageable, because we'd done all that.

Not saying that was the right thing to do - just pointing out that Moshiri's starting position at Everton was very, very favourable in comparison to where we are now financially.

I also think it's pretty selfish of you to put your own pride before the long term future of the club. You almost sound like a glory hunter. If we do get relegated, can'r you find another Prem team to support if that's all that matters to you?

Not meaning to have a go, but this stadium is the club's future for the next century, and is the best thing to happen to this club since 1995. You sound like a bit of a baby demanding we keep prem footy even if it means the stadium continues to hold us back for countless more decades.

what happens if where relagated and still have to find the money to pay for the staduim ? we’d be in a even worse state than if we stayed at goodison

I can say quite confidently the stadium will pay for itself. The paltry amount Goodison makes gives BM plenty of scope to not hit its maximum (Which we wouldn't as we wouldn't be in the PL) but still earn enough to cover the repayments on a loan.
