Silence to be fair is what Everton do better than any one else,they tell us nothing even when things are in the open etc,they just officially confirm what sometimes is in the open for hours/days etc

Spot on. There are things the club does really well, like EITC, but communication can be really poor. Obviously they can't, and shouldn't, tell the supporters everything that's going on, but one of the things I hope is given more priority by the new regime is communication with the fans.
