I'm astonished at Esk not even considering there is a plan afoot here with Moshiri and Usmanov, all logic points to them playing a game here to gain control of their own club, it did from day one.

And now a very trusted ITK says its 1 million % happening when 100% was all that was needed, and the legendary BlueFox saying he's heard the same whispers, well, it's a great time to be an Evertonian.

I'm not arsed either way really, all I want is a new stadium, and that's happening within 3 years according to the mayor, it's all gravy after that.

I wouldn't bank on the new stadium within 3 years just because the mayor has said so. Likewise just because someone says something on the internet doesn't mean it will happen. I hope both predictions come true but I would be surprised if they do.

I wouldn't bank on the new stadium within 3 years just because the mayor has said so. Likewise just because someone says something on the internet doesn't mean it will happen. I hope both predictions come true but I would be surprised if they do.

I've been saying 5 years, Moshiri told us in his statement it was a priority, it looks like it may be further down the line than we think, if the Mayor is to be believed, the planning permission is a given and very easy to sanction, if so, building it could happen inside 3 years for sure.

Esk doesn't pretend to be an ITK, he seems to apply a logical business approach to these matters, which in many instances will be correct. But there are always other ways of viewing business strategy and all options should be considered until evidence tells you otherwise.........of course I may be wrong and he may be Moshiri's bezzie........in which case I will be seeking some decent tickets from him.......

Why would Usmanov stay at Arsenal?, you ain't a numpty, far from it, he'll go to his grave holding 30% of nothing if he isn't involved in his dream with Moshiri to own a Prem club.

While I totally agree with you assessment, that final line alone would be a reason on its own for the pair to do it? Especially if Mr Usmanov continues to have no say at Arsenal.
Why not leave your kids this possibility?

I know he doesn't pretend to be itk but he has given various snippets which are not business related I have not heard or read the information regarding Kia joorabich tipping off the journo about moshiri purchasing us anywhere apart from on here via the esk.

Glad he's let you know this, it seems a bit weird that a man who is interested in winning sees the last 16 of the champions league as success.
