I retract this statement as Appiah is a viable option, Great hardworking midfielder captain of his country would be an excellent acquisition only problem is the african nation's cup.

Seriously though.. I think it will be difficult, if not next to impossible to make a tremendous signing before the deadline since it's so close. I think we will find 1-2 free transfers at best or some player that's far down the ranks in his current club.

Not to sound pessimistic... but I find it hard to see a club selling one of their best players now, when there is no chance to get a replacement in before the transferwindow close.
