When are we going to stop being the victim and get out on the pitch and shut everyone up. We may not have a top 4 team but christ break your bones and heart for 90 minutes.

At the moment over all we dont have either.It's not about spraying money. That didn't work. It's about bring in a better quality player suitable for that position. And who has winning mentality. Iwobi cost 28 million. It was a big gamble for someone who we bought to play put wide. To fill a wide position. He cant cross a ball. A wide player who cant cross a ball, a wide player who can take a defender on. A wide player who cant score and now he tells the world on social media he isnt a wide player. You couldn't make it up. It sums everton up for last 5 years. Hopefully carlo will sort it this summer. Last summer was a decent window. Doucoure allan and James and godfrey are that quality.

I agree on the money but the players feel no pressure to perform at the highest level.

Iwobi calling out a world class manager on social forums. How does that happen, is it because the players feel they can get away with it?

I am sure Carlo was off the charts on that one but its the top down approach from the highest levels of the club

Is it time to ditch the family club mantra and actually move to a more professional top down mantra.

I don't know , what I do know as a regular blue these lads need to forget about cash and take a good long look around themselves.

When you pull on that Jersey before kick off feel humble and proud , leave it all out on the pitch.

If its just a project then hey this club is bigger than this.
