Loaning him to Fulham is very much like loans between the rs and ourselves, it's not normally done if alternatives exist. Players wouldn't be likely to move between Spurs and Arsenal or City and United, Chelsea and Fulham is just the same.

It really, really, isn't. Chelsea have loaned and sold loads of players to Fulham. They couldn't care less about eachother.

Is it qpr that is their local Derby then?

I remember them playing a while back and Chelsea had 2 players sent off. Not sure if that was classed as the local Derby then.

Odd that Chelsea don't consider Fulham their Derby side though , kinda sad given fulhams time spent in the lower leagues.

I think Chelsea see the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and West Ham as bigger rivals. It's more a cross London thing I think, rather than the nearest grounds. I don't know for sure but I don't think Chelsea and Fulham have traditionally played eachother a lot, a decent percentage of their total games have come in the last 20 years or whatever since Fulham have been in the PL a bit.

It seemed last summer they were adamant zouma wasn't leaving and yet we just didn't accept it. You'd think they must have given us some indication he may leave otherwise why would we wait, unless we tried to call their bluff and got it wrong.

I blame brands for last summer tbh, we should have moved on early in the window to other better targets, it was amateur from us imo.

TOMORI TO EVERTON LATEST...

Everton are continuing discussions with Chelsea regarding a loan deal for Fikayo Tomori.

Carlo Ancelotti is looking to bring in cover for the centre half positions at Everton, however, Tomori is not the only option being considered with up to three possible targets being looked at.
