If we get OJs lawyer we can make them pay us in FA Cups.Do we get to appeal to an impartial court then? I.E not a panel of the prosecution?
It sounds a bit like China otherwise.

City just appoint 1 Lawyer from every country in the world and send them into a room, utter madmen.I think that's Citys ploy.
Couldn’t give a fat one. I prefer the blue team in Birmingham anyways. We had a sound ex Zulu Warrior poster on here once. Proper good guy and proper team mush.if Villa disappeared the most played fixture in English football would soon be the Merseyside derby tho, and I just think it's nice that we get to have one thing without the RS
So we cant appeal to a impartial legal court? Very unusual that.

...go on....True
We just can't appeal to CAS. There is a defined appeals process
Villa are like skirting boards, we have them but we aren't really sure whyIf Villa got liquidated don’t even think anyone would really notice. Be a bit like ‘there’s something missing but not sure who or what it is.’
I think a points deduction is highly unlikely, I expect, if found guilty, the penalty will be a transfer ban or embargo or a European football banWell I obviously hope you're right mate. I dont think legal challenges can be made to any ruling though. An appeal to the commission is all that would be available.

Ordinarily I'd agree completely. I just have a nagging doubt that the threat of external oversight of league affairs may bring it onto the table.I think a points deduction is highly unlikely, I expect, if found guilty, the penalty will be a transfer ban or embargo or a European football ban
The commission, LOL, its just a bunch of people who got bullied at School.TBH, I'm just not seeing a ponts deduction scenario.
It's obviously an option the commission has, it just seems like a very slippery slope to go down for the PL over an issue like profit and sustainability.
