Financial Fair Play investigation

You’re absolutely deluded if you think we’ll stay up after a 12 point deduction.
It’s not exactly that hard to believe in fairness. We’d need an equivalent of a 50 point season at absolute maximum. We finished last season with 36 points, I’d say we’ve been far better this season, even if some results haven’t gone our way.

Leicester got 34 points last season and went down, I genuinely can’t see any of the 4 teams below us at the minute even getting that honestly. I think it could be 3 teams going down with less than 30 points honestly, which would mean we’d only need a slightly better season than one of our worst ever seasons last year to still stay up. I don’t even think that’s being very optimistic, I think it’s pretty realistic.

It’s obvious why. We’re the direct rivals of the league’s biggest darling. Really it’s the same reason that they hate City as well, the only difference is City are run by the best in class across the club and legal department.

It’s not exactly a big conspiracy to suggest that Liverpool and United have always been the 2 favoured clubs by the league in terms of decisions, punishments and all that. Every other club only gets in the way of those two in the league’s eyes with Everton and City being the biggest problems of the bunch for different reasons.
If that was the case then why do they have these constant issues with the fixture list and decisions going against them? surely the constant moaning from Shippman would have an impact. Also he has been punished numerous times due to his dancing on the sidelines. Id say it's got more to do with the fact we had strong links to Putins best mate, it was more obvious at Chelsea so they forced a sale but with us we had his bagman as an intermediary which made it more complicated.

Everton reportedly will be able to appeal the ruling of the independent commission that is looking into their alleged Financial Fair Play breach.

According to Sky Sports news editor Alan Myers, that provision does exist for the Toffees in case they do not agree with the verdict.

There will also be legal representation on the panel of experts that will be investigating the entire issue.

I believe there is an appeal process

The appeal is to the same panel isn’t it?

So can the PL.
