Indeed, hence The Premier League asking an independent commission to look at the evidence and judge us, for impartiality reasons.

We can appeal but it's technically to the same people - although you would hope it would be seen by different judges.
If we are banged to rights to deserve a penalty then likely we would still get the same on appeal. If the worst does happen basically may as well take the hit now, don't think we'll see worse teams in the league. I still think it will be minimal if we do get something.
If that were the case they'd probably increase the punishment on appeal.
(which they won't, because we CAN NOT APPEAL THE DECISION. This is gonna be another 'cancel Deles loan' saga, isn't it?)
