Obviously Lampard instead of the other crank.

Gets respect of players, knows PL, can bring couple of players in.

But he did concede lot at Chelsea - set pieces, counterattacks esp + had rep for throwing players under bus after games.

Maybe Chelsea came too early + he's learnt lessons. If he gets job!

In the long term too youd imagine. And people would want to play for him (and to a degree Rooney too).

Whether the club is smart enough to maximise that strategy is another matter.

Has huge respect within the football world including our new to be Exec Tim Cahill.
