We've got to say since Lampard has been here that the following players should have played there way out of the first team

Coleman
Holgate
Keane
Gomes

I'd chuck in Richarlison and DCL for performances against the Saints and tonight haven't exactly screamed "we should be starters"

Why not. You have the PL experience in Coleman, Holgate, Keane and Kenny these crap and you conceded 5 goals.

Play some of them, I’m all for it.

He has my full support. I wanted him here and he'll need time to build.

He won't escape criticism for continuing to start with Keane and Coleman though. I know options are limited but it's hurting the team playing players so off the pace.

Watching Richarlison and DCL try and build an attack cripples the soul. There are no quick fixes or easy answers to our problems. What we have is the type of mess that's nearly impossible to sort out.

Let’s not get too harsh on the lads. They are having a tough time at the moment and we need to get behind them! Kopite behaviour to get onto our own lads backs. We could still end the season with silverware!

Hes the right long term manager regardless what happens. That doesn't mean he didn't set the team up completely wrong against a side that are brilliant at counter attacks, but very little else.
