Well Richarlison hasn’t scored in the last nine league games, missed a few decent chances, gets caught offside quite regularly and caught in possession a lot more than that, Mina is made of glass, don’t mind Allan in fact he will be a big loss in the two games he misses.

Who in any profession wants to be told they don’t have the bollocks or courage to do what is expected of them? Nobody, the players won’t like it and hopefully it sparks a reaction from them.

Yeah, itll spark a reaction from them allright. Like all those players Mourinho slagged off, suddenly became Beckenbauer born again. Come on. Besides, how long have they been accused of not fighting for the shirt? And by how many managers now? If this is what needs to produce results, with what lamps and his 5 man backroom staff, they think this is it, then better prepare for the championship.

I don’t really recall any manager calling them out the way Lampard has, we have heard all the usual crap from them about individual errors blah blah but Lampard is basically calling them a bunch a of Sh* bags, and the majority will agree.
 
They will need a reaction against Moyes's West Ham or they will be outfought and stuffed. I think Antonio will be looking forward to this one.

Context now is that they're in a relegation scrap. Previously they were accused of not been good enough to fight at the top half of the table.

Being told you aren't good enough to be in a top team gives players the get out of jail free card to say "I'll be better under a different coach".

Being told you're not good enough to be a premier league player and to stay in the league...you can only answer that on the pitch. And if it doesn't work out, there's only one way to go

Really? I thought the assesment has been done and dusted: they all suck and are below average players. Some manage to rise above it on occasion, like iwobi, but they wll not answer nothing on the pitch.

We need a team performance, wich is difficult if the team and tactics change every game. Then they get stabbed publicly and this suposed to make them rise to the occasion? heres what will happen: the next game we might win, but the moment we get a goal against, it all will disintegrate very quickly. Then these words will ring in their ears and attack their confidence even further. Wasnt that what Lamps said a few weeks ago? He wants to change their confidence? And this is his solution.

It’s not their confidence he wants to change its their mentality, totally different.

Getting a reaction from this lot isn't likely. They've had 38 thousand fans booing them for the last 2 years and haven't bothered to up their game. They know they're crap.

We can’t afford to drop Doucoure or Godfrey because their replacements are awful. Godfrey to me is not a premier league defender. His only asset is his speed, he gets constantly out jumped for headers and gets caught out of position.
 
I like Frank as a person and want him to do well but I believe he's a terrible manager sadly and couldn't buy into the little buzz fans had when we appointed him. Having said that he doesn't deserve to be treated like this by the gang of cowards we have on the pitch. I'm so conflicted with this club we genuinely deserve nothing more than to rot for the disgraceful decisions on and off the pitch. These names deserve to go down in history as the dark stain that they are.
 
When you are in relegation trouble, you need to circle the wagons and create an us against the World attitude. Frank has tried to take credit for the first twenty minutes whilst throwing the team under the bus. When his tactical master plan was torn apart.

It is from the Mourinho book of man management. Otherwise, known as self-preservation. We need someone desperate to keep us up, not a manager desperate to keep his reputation up.
