Why not praise the last manager we had who did a good job?
Because he didn’t? It’s going over old ground but we were literal zombies crawling over the finish line under him, we were lucky that teams below us dropped points enough for us to finish 8th, he had zero interest, other than to pad his bank balance, in doing anything of note when there was an opening to push on once we were well clear of danger

Out of interest what then did you make of Carlo, do you think he did a good job?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Sam was great, but nobody has been better since

Irrespective of what happens we need to keep a manager and stop chopping and changing. I’m hopeful the review of the Club that saw Frank and the new DoF brought in has convinced Moshiri we need to back them and resist knee-jerk decisions. We desperately need some continuity at the Club.
Cement 17th place, wipe the season from memory and crack on.
Was it the review of the Club that saw Lampard appointed, or just the idiots protesting about Pereira.

Until the last 10 games when we fell off a cliff, yes though there were 1-2 things he should have done better, namely giving King more game time and being more pragmatic against teams we shouldn’t have lost to like Fulham and an already down Sheff United

As a west ham man I think you should back Frank jnr, he's taken on a massive job.
He is, and has always had, a strong character.
I think you showed improvement today, but
Burnley away, wow, that's going to test your players and their mettle.
Win or draw and I think you'll be okay.
Keep the faith chaps, I know it's hard.

Cheers mate. You have the manager we probably needed..."he's got red hair but we don't care."

Mind you gone more grey now like the rest of us oldies

His treatment of King was a disgrace but by then he wasn't remotely interested in Everton, no wonder James lost interest too and couldn't be bothered.

I wonder if a defeat against Burnley could cause a panic.

This is not a few weeks back, when fixtures were a bit ropey and we had games in hand etc.

We have had quite a few games now, and in many ways been fortunate Burnley and Watford havent picked up points.

I wonder if in the background they have sounded someone out.
Doesn't change the squad firing and hiring again won't keep us up
