No you made a fool of yourself saying "frauds biggest cheerleaders" were on Franks back which isnt true, the Evertonians backed Rafael and are backing Frank now, the knobs on Franks case are the same people who turned on Rafael, all they do us moan, the lack of support the team has had this season is one of the reasons we are in this mess
Sticking with the whole some blues are better than other blues line?

I never wanted Benitez and wanted him gone. He brought our morale to zero. Was always going to be tough for any manager to get that back up. Especially because some of our players really aren't good enough. That's never been a question.

I back Lampard to keep us up. And even if he doesn't, the damage had been done. I haven't turned on him, if anything, I hope we keep him if we do get relegated. I think there are signs there of what he wants us to play like. He needs backing for that.

Frank may be correct that playing 3 at the back is potentially the most effective way to play football in this day and age. But you need players who can play them roles effectively. This team cannot do that so why did he persist with it for so long and waste games.

He blames others and the players in public (which you should never do as advised by Neil warnock on talksport). He's always blaming something or trying to buy time. He's had the worst start of any everton manager I've known. Yet he's being backed by a large part of the fanbase who seem to see some sort of potential in him. Really we should be cut adrift in the relegation zone with how he's performed.

He's a dangerous manager to keep at the club or to have appointed in the first place. I will always support the team but I find it hard to get behind them with the way they are performing under him as its been pretty shocking. We were finally competitive on Saturday at West ham but I think that was more due to west ham having an international break hangover.

If he loses tonight he has to go or we are down.

He didn't keep west brom up.
But the context is different. Had he taken over us when lampard did he would have been 6 points from the relegation zone with games in hand and a much better set of players than wba. Such as Brazil and England internationals.

When he took over wba they were already adrift in the relegation zone having played more games than others.

But I suppose context doesn't matter much when you just dislike someone. Let's just all say sam is crap because he took wba down. ?‍♂️

He was crap before that as well. We were never in danger of being relegated when he took us over and we didn't need him then. Just pointing out that the myth that he is a relegation specialist is rubbish. He wouldn't have gone to West brom if he didn't believe he could keep them up though as his reputation was on the line.

He had 25 games to save west brom and was only 2 points off safety when he took over. But don't let the facts get in your way.

This 100%.

Can't believe how much of the fanbase (on this board at least - its less prevalent on the podcasts/videos) seems to have bought into some sort of Jonestown-like belief in Lampard, drinking the kool aid and pretending he has any sort of managerial ability as he drives the team game after game towards relegation.

He's not a miracle worker he's a percentage manager. He keeps teams up because he plays a style that is most effective at keeping a team up. When he took over wba they were very much a fluid attacking team so he had to change the whole philosophy of the team as well. But that task was significantly harder than what lampard has here.

And as pointed out before they had far worse players than we have. They did quite clearly have a team who were relegation fodder. We have pretty much the same group of players who last season were 2nd at boxing day and beating some of the best teams in the league fairly regularly. Sam would have easily kept us up and I have absolutely no doubt about that.

I'm not saying he wouldn't keep us up. I expect lampard to as well. I also (as much as I hated him) wouldn't have expected benitez to have us in freefall with the worst form I've even seen us have.

But, I don't think allardyce's style works anymore, as similar style such as Burnley, and as benitez plays, has teams scrapping. So even with allardyce (who I highly doubt has the right management style to motivate our severely demoralised players) would have us anything other than scrapping and in a 6 pointer tonight either.

I Don't Care.

Zero chance of Lampard leaving before the end of the season in my opinion and even if we go down, unless he walks away, I doubt he’ll be going anywhere and will be given the chance of another season at least.

Hopefully that won’t happen but I’m still backing him completely.
I wouldn't see any benefit to get rid of him. He is working hard clearly and being let down by the usual suspects. IF we do go down (which I really hope we don't) I would rather let Lampard and Thelwell have a crack at a rebuild that just go round the merrygoround again of unstable uncertainty
