He's got a reputation for working well with younger players and I think we've got a good spine of younger players in the squad.

Personally I think we should use the remaining games to blood in more younger players. Let's be honest, they couldn't do any worse than the likes of Keane and Kenny.

If we stay up, great, if we go down, we've at least got a young squad with some experience that we can develop further.

Im very confident we are going to be ok but either way we cant sack another manager, Frank is here for a while.
I think its good he is making these moves now, also Dunc is 100% off IMO, his body languageafter United wasnt right

I think he will stay if we go down, I doubt he gets sacked and would he getter a bigger club?

Also he may look at it, that if he gets us straight back up, he gets another Season at least, maybe 2. Will Everton want to get a new manager going into the new stadium?

So Frank could see this as a chance to build something, over 3 yrs For what it’s worth, I think we will stay up.
