Frank has had 12 premier League games now, I think that's plenty long enough to suggest he's playing in his own style of play and should be judged on that, not the failures of the previous manager.

I’m not a huge Lampard backer, by the way.

I just don’t think you could judge any manager on style of play, or even results to an extent, who has walked in to a mess like this.

He’ll be judged on what he does after some of these con men are shifted and he gets a chance to bring his own players in, for me. Hopefully that’s not in the championship.

The personel just isnt there. The lack of a regular finisher. The midfield is so dam pedestrian and lacking mobility. Let alone goals. And the defenders are id say championship level.

Im neither pro or anti lampard. I just think so many would struggle with whats available.
