I would think that for most people, moving from a smaller company to a bigger one (and vice versa) or from a successful company to an unsuccessful one...or from one corporate culture to another with different expectations...

...it takes different levels of time.

You could look at the management and also all of the new signings bar Gana and come to the logical conclusion that things could take time.

At this point I'm convinced Frank could decide that since he can't figure out how to control space in midfield that he should just play 5-0-5 and not even try to do it at all and the response from some people would be he needs time to get his players in.

I'd definitely prefer Messi- like virtually everyone I know- a better footballer and one that doesn't cry when one of his teammates scores (as he wanted to score himself).

Those are exceptions rather than rules, you lose more by waiting with a manager who isn't good enough than if you simply sacked him now. Frank may yet turn it around, but there is a difference between thinking that losses are a result of growing pains rather than a manager who doesn't know how to get the minimum required results from this squad.

No, it involves a lot of travelling and fitness work.

But regardless, for me, Franks time started in August when we played our first game.

Since then we have won 3 games, its simply not good enough, I can offer lots in mitigation and honestly, despite my negativity, of which there is quite a lot, I still wouldnt sack him, I do think he should be given time.

Yes, in order to give him time, he has to have shown something to cling to, honestly, ive seen nothing, putting away a very poor Palace side aside, I can only recall abject misery.
