Villa pulled the trigger on Gerrard and brought in one of the most decorated managers in European football over the past decade. Why aren't we able to follow suit? They were a Championship team until relatively recently. We will be a Championship team next season. We spend tens of millions on crap players and pay them £100k a week.

I so badly want Frank to be a success here, but it sure ain't looking good right now. A manager lives and dies on his results, and right now Frank just isn't getting them sadly.

He can’t stick a 5ft 8 striker up top. Wrong signing. I rather we spent £35m on one quality player rather than McNeil and Maupay.
