He's not the real problem at the club but he's not the answer either. The problem is that we simply aren't capable of attracting a better class of manager that would actually make a positive difference to us at this point. Who could we realistically get that wouldn't be dragged down by our rancid team? At best we bring in someone who manages a temporary boost to our form that will almost certainly be in the same position Lampard is now by this time next season. We're REALLY snookered this time and sacking Lampard won't change anything.
I am guessing they bring Dyche in in a few weeks after a few more defeats

Look at the negative football this club has been serving up under the last few managers we can't keep deluding ourselves that the players here are capable of anything more than just try not to get beat Lampard will not change that you can sack him for it but the next fella will have the same issues
Everton are now competing against smaller clubs that are better run and have money to spend the table does not lie this has been coming

The answer is to change the people at the top that have failed manager after manager after manager. And then once there is a team in place that actually gets a manager the players he wants (instead of giving him crap players who are easy to sign), then the manager can be on the hook for poor form.

The whole 'he gets us' thing is just wrong as well.

An Everton manager should never say a 20th place team are 'a good team' after they've beat us at home ffs. He clearly thinks we're small time. And ye we probably are but you can't have that mentality here. It's never his fault

Didn’t moshiri want to fire Frank after the palace game? Was talked out of it by bill n co. He must be ready to sack him now, 3 wins in 17 games after city.
I dont believe Moshiri is making any football decisions here now. If he was we'd have had a change of manager in early November when we slipped to multiple defeats.

They wont finish 20th. No chance. They're a midtable outfit and will end up there by May.

...Everton on the other hand.

I didn't say where they'd finish. I said that were 20th, smack bang bottom of the league and he said they're a good team. He must think we're phenomenal on this metrics.
