People seem genuinely happy with that performance tonight. I think the board are desperate to avoid another change. We are at rock bottom.

I said after the Brighton game I didnt think he would go, and I will reiterate that tonight. They are looking for an excuse not to make a decision.

The fact there is no Ferguson to give them their usual 5 week, 17 interview approach to finding a new manager also probably doesnt help.

I honestly think Bill's strategy will be to wait for Moyes.

Richarlison was always off, that kind of player doesn't stay at a club who are happy to survive each year, which is what we're becoming under Lampard.

If we beat Southampton, we would probably be slightly higher mate. It's a huge game.

We're giving out to the board for years of rewarding failure and now doing it ourselves. It's the same sentementality that awards players new contracts for performing a bare minimum. And we've a sentimentality about Lampard because he's a nice bloke.

His record is appalling. Like really terrible, as we all know.

But I watch us today and still think the players are playing for him, is it his tactics? Set up?
Or are our players that terrible?
Maybe all 3, dunno. He deserves the sack for his record of course. I just struggle to see past other managers doing better.

Imo, it's a more balanced side than last season, but this season we haven't got Richarlison. It's taking it toll, whether that's on Lampard,, well.

Did they expect us to be clinging onto every point we can this early in the season? Had we beaten or gotten points with Leicester at home (they're terrible btw) wolves at home, we'd be in a much better position.

I am still expecting him to be gone before the Southampton game. If he is in charge for that then it is yet another catastrophic error to add to this owner’s ever growing list. That game is simply far too important.

We`ve given the board stacks for rewarding failure, as you say, yet some want to reward one of the most failed manager of the last 30 years... Is Lampard NSNO?

Some won`t be achievable but start with the best and work your way down the list....
