Back the manager with players or sack him indecision is terminal for us.

Personally I sack one win in twelve is unacceptable although tonight was better and the players are working for him his tactical decisions won't help us get results. People saying the 532 will work at home and I agree it suits us better but if teams sit in his style is still the issue the open passing style allows other team's to sit in a shape and just pick us off at will, we should go more direct. With Iwobi out we are in deeper issues with creativity too it's why I seriously said play the youth and some bench players tonight, risking key players tonight for me was futile.

Finally the board need to make a clear decision either you are giving him this month and buying players for him or sack him and are bringing a manager in and will recruit players for that manager, and for heavens sake be up front with the fans the way they keep us in the dark and dither is partly why we are in this mess. It's a disgrace actually the way this club treats loyal fans

Would we trust mosh and crew to not get in dyche way to pursue the players needed and the overhaul.

I'd say it would take 2 years for him to do it even with full control. It would be a massive job.

We could still go down even if we do sack him, it’s not a given a change in manager will see the right results, especially if the board can’t/aren’t willing to provide signings

Stop being an utter tit, the squad haven’t downed tools, they’re still playing for the manager, they just aren’t good. The manager’s form isn’t good and very well ends in the sack eventually but recognising that collectively they did better while being disappointed in defeat isn’t a bad thing

Thats really the crux of it, the board put his survival on this game, at least according to the papers. One of those "the fans love a cup run" things. Now the one player who has assisted more than 1 goal this season is injured. I couldn't believe it when I saw DCL coming on

I'm just sick of all the blame being lumped on the manager, it's why I'm glad we're singing sack the board.

The board are incompetent, the players are dreadful and the manager is young & out of his depth. Frank has the passion and ambition to succeed, if we weren't in a relegation position due to the garbage nature of our squad, I believe many would allow him time to develop & grow.

David Moyes & Everton succeeded because we had stability. Something this club has lacked ever since we sacked Roberto Martinez.

We need stability and that is entirely on the bloody board.
