Even with Frank in charge we will beat Southampton, people will think it will be a turning point.

It won't.

Not confident myself even against the worst team in the league, teams who sit in and counter us when we are at home have mostly beaten us of late. His tactics are wrong we appear to press and empty the midfield out at home it doesn't work. Now we have no Iwobi too genuinely not confident when we have a manager who is so tactically inept even in game he struggles to affect the game if its going wrong seems to me we fall behind and it's game over. Giving him this game is a big gamble for me.

Possibly 532 or 343 suits us better but we shall see my worry is his inability to change things if they go wrong the job is too big for him and I was backing him up until Brighton and I like the guy but one win in twelve. Its just totally unacceptable regardless of all the reasons from above and the bad hand he has been dealt. A competent manager gets more out of this squad in my view.
