I think it's simply the cost of sacking Frank and his team, the cost of hiring another manager and his team, and the fact we are in a transfer window where we desperately need reinforcements. The cost of all that could be huge and we just don't have that sort of money, we would be back in trouble with the PL again. I think they are just hoping that with a couple of new players and a few returning Frank somehow finds a way out of this hole. Hell I'm surprised someone hasn't suggested he get Uncle Harry to help him out for a few weeks.
I think your right, its all down to how much it would cost, we've learnt the hard way it costs too much and its not always the amswer, problem is were now sticking with the one manager out of all of them who should be sacked

Not gonna happen though. He's not good enough to get us out of this mess and has proven that over the past 3 weeks.

All of the other managers should have been sacked sooner, we always wait too long. If Frank is sacked it will be at the end or after the window, that way they won’t have to provide a new manager with funds.

Indeed, whilst i don't think he is the right guy i do think with some slightly better attacking players we would be a bit further up the table but the job is just too big for him.

Did the same with Benitez. Sell Digne, allow him to bring in Mykolenko and Patterson then sack him. straight afterwards.

It reeks of just simply not having a plan or clue. He should be sacked now because we KNOW that a loss to Southampton anyway and he's definitely gone. However, that could be too late for us by then.

He inherited a mess, but he was supported in bringing in new (better) defenders and midfielders. Yes, the team is unbalanced but it's no worse overall than it has been in the past. Don't tell me these players are worse than Bournemouth's (who by the way were just soundly beaten by a championship side). Fulham are apparently after Doucoure. Watch him improve if he goes there.
I’ve said that he should be getting more from them.

But my point stands; the board is far bigger issue than the manager in the long run

Did you not watch last season then?

Yeah, did you? It was terrible, if you missed it your lucky, but for a brief description Frank took us into a relegation fight, took us into the bottom three, we managed to escape......and he is doing even worse this season
Yeah, and the idiot in charge until January did even worse. Lamprd’s not “the one manager out of all of them who should be sacked” At best, he’s second in line.

Did he, well no actually he didnt, sorry to do this too you but i do love it when someone tries to pull me up and makes a complete fool of themselves, but so far this season we have played 18 games and have 15 points, were in the bottom three, have a look on the BBC website if you dont believe me. After the same amount of games last season we had 19 points, 4 points better off...... unlucky mate, but Rafael was a much better manager
