Good afternoon friend, as honest as I can be:Afternoon Chico.
Please kindly state your current position on Frank Lampard, Brexit & your vaccination status.
You definitely want to strive towards double figures.Good afternoon friend, as honest as I can be:
1- Honestly don’t know man, you lot make me sway for and against on here.
2- Turkeys voting for Christmas.
3- Think I’ve had two main ones and a booster, honestly unsure. Do we get another booster, a fourth vaccination?
All achievable goals I feel sir. I’ll endeavour **swings out**You definitely want to strive towards double figures.
Ideally one booster per month + 40 hours consumption of sky sports news AND 65 GOT replies.
Donde estas el aggro?
Yep. That's the point. The problems go back to the board because a competently run club would have sorted the manager situation quickly. In fact, we wouldn't be in this position in the first place.Keep seeing the argument 'The board is the issue!' on twitter mostly. And whilst I agree they're a massive issue, a decent board would also come in here and sack Lampard.
Surely it would be 'dónde está' in this case no?Donde estas el aggro?
Tbf he would also look like a quitter and be accused of disloyalty. Of course the money will be an issue but you don't get to the top in any field if money is all you care about (investment banking possibly excepted). He will not leave us by resigning because he would not then get compo. He will stick it out to be sacked so he can the millions due under his contract.
Verdad.Surely it would be 'dónde está' in this case no?
He inherited a mess, but he was supported in bringing in new (better) defenders and midfielders. Yes, the team is unbalanced but it's no worse overall than it has been in the past. Don't tell me these players are worse than Bournemouth's (who by the way were just soundly beaten by a championship side). Fulham are apparently after Doucoure. Watch him improve if he goes there. The board is an issue for a complete lack of footballing knowledge, lack of business acumen and a lack of understanding of how modern day day togger exists. It’s why we are financially crippled because there’s no accountability for anything at this club.
They’ll have no clue what to do if they sack him, none whatsoever so please don’t kid yourself that they’ll have a plan
Then there is the nutjob owner, who thinks this is playset, that’s he now bored of. From day one he was adamant that “Hollywood manager” was needed
Frank Lampard is the man who has been thrown into an absolute mess of a situation. We sack him, which is justifiable because he’s not getting results (and whilst we have a very very poor team) we should be slightly, and I mean slightly, higher in the league.
The issue is that new man comes in and inherits the same issues.
Until the board go, this club goes nowhere. We’ll change managers every 12 months, and if we somehow survive this year, we’ll be back here within the next year
It's a good example. Do you have any faith that Lampard or the coaches have sat down with him and gone through the videos of the many times he's done this and showed him how to improve? A good manager makes sure that's done with every player. There was a moment Friday night where gray had the ball on the left and maupay ran between the United defenders and it cried out for the ball to be played forward for him. Gray instead chose to run , get into trouble, pass to Coleman, who overhit it to iwobi and seconds later pickford is saving a chance. If you don't have the players who have brains to play for the team then we could have anyone up front and it would not matter. We need team players , right now we have selfish ones who score the odd goal and are the main reason why we struggle for the rest of the time.
I'm not a fan of Benitez in any way, shape or form but the Doucoure we see now is a million miles away from the guy playing at the start of last season.Fulham are apparently after Doucoure. Watch him improve if he goes there.
Judging him now on a game to game basis after what has already gone on is absolutely ridiculous and amateur and will end up being catastrophic for us. The proof is in the pudding. 3 wins out of 18 after a full summer transfer window and 1 win in the last 12 games. You simply have to go off that because that is factual, not future unknowns. Forget how he does in future games. So what we win against Southampton and we give him more time. We could lose the next 12 games on the bounce.
He would have to do 3 times better than he has done previously this season as that is what is required to get us to 39 or 40 points. We are only on 15 points. Anyone who is supporting him again now because of a decent performance where we still lost 3 - 1 need to seriously give their heads a wobble.
This man left in charge will 100% take us to the championship. That is the reality of the situation we are in.
I think it's simply the cost of sacking Frank and his team, the cost of hiring another manager and his team, and the fact we are in a transfer window where we desperately need reinforcements. The cost of all that could be huge and we just don't have that sort of money, we would be back in trouble with the PL again. I think they are just hoping that with a couple of new players and a few returning Frank somehow finds a way out of this hole. Hell I'm surprised someone hasn't suggested he get Uncle Harry to help him out for a few weeks.I'm as livid at the board for keeping him here than I am for anything else those gang of shithouses have/haven't done. Appalling, gross negligence to keep Lampard in charge of this football club.
1 win in 12
9 defeats in 12
Had a 6 week break mid-season to restart and go again:
3 defeats in 4
1 point out of possible 9
I'm not sure what else is needed for them to finally get rid.
