Never go back.
Moist is a better manager than Dyche but oot of the two ginger dinosaurs you have to go with the younger model really.
Disagree. West Ham are bad enough that we could win with real management even away. Its not.
18th Feb is the next game we even have a small chance of winning.
We dont have real management.Disagree. West Ham are bad enough that we could win with real management even away.
It's very much a mix of both I think mate.It was astonishingly bad how the right sided CB ended up so far across the area and let himself get beat. Your point on the individuals are fair, but are they getting the right work on the training pitch? It doesn't look like a well drilled defence individual talent aside.
They literally sold the best player - because they had to - and brought in McNeil and Maupay, neither of whom were anywhere near first choice on anybody's list. It's not Lampard's job to scout and sign players. He takes the blame for signing off on them but if he was presented with 'this is the best we can get', then that part is not on him. They have. 10 signings.
Like I said earlier. That match is El SackicoWe beat West Ham and Moyes will get sacked but it might be enough to save Lampard, we lose to West Ham then Lampard is sacked but it might be enough to save Moyes.
Neither are our answer - the board need to sell - debts wiped off & a new manager plus players out & in - it's a big ask!Never go back.

Maybe not but we definitely looked more comfortable in that formation. I agree the quality is way short that's on the board. The manager could make us harder to beat though that's not about talent its coaching and tactics for me he plays like we have better players than we do. And he can't change it if it goes wrong see yesterday again at one nill he could have shut the game down, at one one Saints made proactive subs we didn't. See the Brighton game we were lucky to be 0-1 at half time he changed nothing personnel or tactics and we were crushed. If as you say our team isn't that good then make us more resiliant and defensive as he did last season seems he can't. And we have very little patterns of attacking play, that's coaching. So yes loads of sympathy with him, I like him, I wanted it to work loads of blame on the board for not backing him and the recruitment, but still look hard at that squad of players he should still be able to get more than three wins out of them?! But for me tactically and coaching wise he isn't up to the job. We are in a dog fight now we need a fighter. When he played a back five last season, people were jumping up and down for him to play 433.
Playing a back five against city and letting them have possession and play backs to the wall footy is one thing - I personally wouldn’t have been happy to see us set up like that at home to a relegation rival.
You can’t play five at the back with Coleman and Mkyo at fullback. It requires fullbacks to pose a threat or the system is pointless. Add in Gray, McNeil, Gordon and Iwobi and there is nothing going forward.
There’s nothing there, these players aren’t good enough. There isn’t a formation that will get them playing. They’re bottom three standard compared to the rest of the teams in the league - easily.
Will the board sign a few wide forwards, minimum, with creativity and goals in them? That’s all that will keep us up.
I agree. If we are down we are doomed. There is zero positive for going down.re set? we will fully summit
