Most of our players aren’t internationals, and even if they were that means nothing anyway. Coleman being able to get a game for Republic of Ireland doesn’t make him a good player. But going through the squad, who actually plays regularly for a decent international team other than Pickford? Our players are very, very bad.

Our players are bad, or like Coleman were good once but no longer.

The one caveat is that Sam Allardyce made a defence of Kenny, William's, Keane and Cuco Martina solid defensively.

It is possible to make bad players vaguely effective. Lampard is not able to do this in my view.

Where are the journalists? I haven’t even seen “Lampard has d games to save job” “Lampard retains club backing” etc

Wtf is going on?

Hes not going to be sacked. They will wait too long to do the inevitable, as they are too busy feeling sorry for themselves and attacking supporters.

Moshiri's radio comments last week have made it very hard to change manager. He doubled down in support of the manager and board, and doubled down on the fans, so I don't know where we go now.
Moshiri's word means nothing. Didn't he say that he wouldn't be communicating via talksport not so long ago. He gave the manager public support, in the grand old history of football this usually means the opposite.

Yes he has normally backed a manager just before a sacking, but it did feel slightly different to me this time.

For one, he openly tried to deflect blame for poor appointments onto the fans and to pass the buck. He also gave support not just to the manager, but the board as well. Stronger levels of support than he had given to managers previously

I could be completely wrong and he sacks Lampard today, but I don't get that feeling.

Got to go today if we have any chance of surviving but the club is in a catastrophic situation presently with a dysfunctional board that have declared war on their own supporters to protect themselves and an owner who thinks they are doing a great job, manager included.

God knows what will happen tbh. Wouldn't be surprised if they all just carry on living in the land of noddy and do nothing.

I know what you mean, it doesn't feel like the sacking that needs to happen is on the way.

Despite all that, even if they want to deflect blame for poor decisions no one with a serious financial interest in Everton, supporter or not, can stand back and fiddle while Rome burns. Moshiri stands to lose the most if we go down.

Sacking frank doesn't solve our issues, it just gives us a fighting chance to stay up, he's had time, he's had backing ( more than any manager in recent history given the results ) but he's just been a disaster this season.

He needs to go, someone I don't know who needs to try and keep this pathetic bunch up and he need to keep afloat until the toxic board are punted far away from our great club.

Lampard should go, but does anyone trust the board to make the right appointment? Their shortlist will be Dyche and Moyes. Not that I'm opposed to either in our situation like, but they won't look outside of this country.

Needs to be someone local remember. We all laughed and joked about how Benitez got it because he lived round the corner. Well Moshiri stated last week how important it is to be local, so yeah, not a chance we look abroad.
