Yes. If we recruit a manager with a good pedigree this week we will stay in this division, without question.

Frank has got to go. And before West Ham. We can’t afford to lose there.

Frank is a good young manager and he has been dealt a terrible hand. He inherited a squad of mostly decent lads who simply aren’t good enough. Then he was forced to sell his best player. However, he is out of his depth with such a problem club as ours.
And use the money to buy McNeil, Maupay and Garner.

I cant see him being shifted out until a defeat at West Ham.

If true: The fact the people making decisions are swayed by one man and a tin of spray paint proves they shouldn’t be running a football club in the first place.

The fact that the only 2 managerial candidates were Lampard and Pereira at all is another issue in itself.

No the third candidate was Duncan Ferguson.

Who are the two players? Because Pickford isn’t one.
Tarkowski over Mings.

And maybe, maybe, Calvert-Lewin over Watkins, if both are fully fit I'd say Calvert-Lewin's the better striker, but I really rate Watkins so it's touch and go.

I'm saying Watkins because Ings, who I think is a better goalscorer than either of them, hasn't really started under Emery.

Villa have also been pretty tosh, like, for anyone who's watched them. They're just managing to grind out results, a bit like when Ancelotti first joined Everton. And they have a bit of quality to do it.
