He is not a minor problem.

Stop trying to make excuses for a crap manager.
I agree with this. We have taken him in and supported him probably more than any previous manager but time has ticked by, he has brought in his own players yet we are worse than ever. Think he has signed some decent players but he just cannot set them up. Tactically clueless so another manager with at least some pedigree should get that bit more from these players with a tactical tweak here and there.
Out of his depth to our detriment

He’s finished, along with this club.
The inevitable has happened. One owner’s attempt at buying and rebuilding an iconic institution of a football club has failed miserably into a total mess. Everyone behind the scenes is accountable.
EVERTON, I WILL SUPPORT YOU EVERMORE.

the board have.
You when someone criticises Lampard

Sacking Lampard won't help. No meaningful players are coming in. We are going to have to dig ourselves out of it largely with what we have and the two choices we have are either Frank stopping the negative 5 at the back and approaching games like he did in the second half, or we go again for another manager, who will ultimately realise we don't have the players, try and stop up the goals (understandably) and end up back where Frank is today. I'm afraid - Frank is the answer imho

If Frank is the answer the question is "are we getting relegated in March or April?"
