The squad has obvious deficiencies which Frank can't be entirely blamed for, but this group is better than joint bottom. That is on the manager.
It’s very much a bottom 3 squad, why do people think otherwise? We only have one decent striker, only had one good run his whole career, and is perma-injured. Our midfield statistically never produces chances or assists.

What were we expecting replacing Richy with McNeil and Maupay exactly?

This squad is performing as it should, like absolute rubbish.

Next.......................

Roll on up and sign up for your expected redundancy package...............

Frank wins the lottery, like Rafael, Marco, Ron, Sam, Dunc and Roberto

Think about it, if Everton sacked what like 8 managers with 2 years to go on all of them, that's like an extra 16 years worth of manager salaries alone not including the rest of the coaching staff who also leaves.

If we had a better manager do you think we would still be joint bottom?

I don’t think we’d be much higher than we are now at all, our problems run far deeper than whoever takes the manager’s job.

I just think it’s shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic at this point. I don’t see how relegation is avoidable with the current state of the club, before even looking at the team itself.

There's definitely a lot of (Ken)wrongs to right, no doubt. Granted we wouldn't be much higher up the table with a top man in charge, but we would be a few point better off. That could be the difference.

This time last year I was celebrating the sack of the Idotic Iberian toad but this year I'm feeling rather sad about it.
I hope he has a decent rest and comes back with lessons learned and helps a championship team get promoted.
Won't be us, I fear we will be stuck in 2nd tier wasteland for a while.

Still half a season to go and only one good weekend of results away from being 14th place.
Frank has shown he’s not the man to do it, having lost home games against three teams in the relegation zone, two of which were rock bottom.
We just need someone in who can grind out 23+ points and given the poor quality of the league this season that will probably be plenty to stay up.

I don’t massively disagree with you but the current performances are unacceptable , they can’t be allowed to continue. A 5% chance of survival isn’t good enough but it’s better than what we’ve got and it’s a chance , at the minute we have zero.

It’s sad to think of the extra payments on pay offs for managers and staff, total incompetence that has left us in this position. Worse that the people selecting these failures still remain in their role. They wonder why the fans are angry,

He’s defo changed the system, I think what’s clear is he doesn’t seem to work on any form of attacking play.

It’s truly bizzare how they look like they’ve never played with each other. I know the quality is really poor but still, we don’t look like even creating a single chance

So strange considering he was one of the best goal scoring midfielders this country has seen

Always thought the chelsea side he played for under ancelotti played some of the simplest, most efficient football ever. Pass, pass, shoot.
