Player Valuation: £35m
We would turn him from a goal scoring midfielder to another Gomes passing it sideways and backwards.I think we are missing a trick here
We should register Frank as a player-manager
Get him out on the park

it’s about discipline. A managers tactics is so much easier if the players step into the pitch with 100% attitude. A manager can only motivate if the players are willing to be motivated. God help you if you’re earning 50k per week and you need motivation to run.
I cannot see how he would get another PL job at this point.Probably part to blame for the decline.
He’s simply not good enough, sadly. A likeable character, but I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve said “Lampard just got his tactics wrong today”.
He’s also part of a circus, so whilst he needs to go, he’s only the first layer of problems which exist and sadly, we’re doomed. But some stability is needed ahead of next season and the only way is parting ways.

I think you get this spot on.He won’t. He’s not a good enough manager.
He’s got the lowest winning record in Everton history, and whilst he’s inherited a bad squad, some tactics have been consistently stuck with, and they don’t work.
His lack of effort to play two upfront when chasing a game, is bewildering.
Not a good enough manager when he wasn't given a large budget to buy his players but instead was given bottom of the barrel players needed to fill the numbers, oh and several other manager failed with the same core team. But no, like vultures some of these fans want a new manager thinking everything will change. It might for a week. Or two. Then same old. But it will be too late.He won’t. He’s not a good enough manager.

If he was not buying the players then who? Bill? This is laughable. Not a good enough manager when he wasn't given a large budget to buy his players but instead was given bottle of the barrel players needed to fill the numbers, oh and several other manager failed with the same core team. he didn't have much choice, he would not have wanted Maupay or Dwight would he. We had a list of lesser players available and he needed to fill the squad. He was stuck. He's had a year and agreed to absolute dross attacking reinforcements. He said last season he was building a team around Anthony Gordon who now can't get a game. He's lost the plot.
Agree on the tactics.. Not good enough and a bit puzzling really. No, you’re absolutely correct, he’s been given a pile of rubbish, but that doesn’t excuse the fact he’s stuck with the same ineffective tactics, which are evident by the fact we don’t create enough chances.
I was all for Lampard, as compared to Pereira it had a huge upswing if it went well. I think the board have probably over compensated for our reaction, and kept him on too long, in my opinion the two games against Bournemouth were the line for me.
There’s jumping the gun, and sacking too soon, or signing your own death certificate.
The players are not good enough, but losing to bottom of the league twice in a row at home, Brighton and then West Ham, when in reality we needed a minimum of 7 from them is signs he’s in too deep to save himself.
